During this design preview
The preview contact form does not transmit or store your enquiry. Please use sample information while reviewing the form. No newsletter subscriptions or member accounts are created.
When the contact service is enabled
The form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message, with an optional business or organisation name. These details will be sent to the association’s configured enquiry mailbox so that the responsible team can respond. The form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
Security and service providers
The PHP implementation uses a temporary session cookie to protect form submissions. It is designed to use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot checks and the association’s chosen email service for delivery. These services may process information outside Zimbabwe; the association must confirm the services and their privacy terms before launch.
A rate limiter stores a keyed, pseudonymous identifier derived from the visitor’s IP address, alongside timestamps and counts, to reduce abuse. It does not store the enquiry text. Expired rate-limit records are pruned after 24 hours when the form is used. Hosting providers may maintain separate security and access logs.
Retention and your choices
The association must approve an enquiry-mailbox retention period, responsible contact and deletion process before activating the form. You may request access, correction or deletion through the official privacy contact once published, subject to applicable obligations.
What not to send
Do not submit passwords, identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information through this form. File attachments are not accepted.
Before this notice becomes final
The association must confirm its legal identity, official contact details, hosting and email providers, data-retention period, privacy contact and any applicable legal requirements. This provisional notice is not a statement that a legal compliance review has been completed.
